Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. Your primary goal will be to sell the Vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to doctors. In addition, you will be the clinical expert within the Vascular team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop an excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and other possible devices related to them.
- Provide service to clinical customers.
- Plan and support cases.
- Be present in the OR and help staff achieve successful outcomes using vascular devices.
- Maintain daily contact.
- Execute product roll-outs.
- Present new technologies.
- Uncover opportunities within the account.
- Provide technical product training to both clinical customers and team members on the use of Cook's medical devices as required.
- Keep Regional Business Manager, Commercial Business Manager, and Account Specialists informed about developments and trends within the product portfolio.
- Provide market intelligence and other appropriate feedback to division personnel in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in clinical support desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures desirable.
- Ability to interpret clinical data.
- Very good communication and inter-personal skills.
- High level of self-motivation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Language Skills – good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent Networking skills.
Salary Information: We estimate the annual salary range for this position to be around €60,000 - €80,000 based on industry standards and the location of Galicia, Asturias, Valladolid, and Leon (Spain). This figure may vary depending on qualifications and experience.
