About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on Emergency Medical Services. This exciting opportunity allows you to introduce advanced monitoring products to customers in Iberia and contribute to their growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop bespoke solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Create effective Go-To-Market Plans, commercial offerings based on market insights, and solid marketing strategies
  • Cover customers across Iberia, requiring flexibility with travel and stay-aways from home (70%)
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as a Paramedic looking to transition into a commercial role or 3+ years of sales experience selling medical devices into the Emergency Medical Services sector.

You must be commercially savvy, understand sales, negotiation, and finance processes, and possess basic IT awareness. Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport, and develop key stakeholder relationships are essential.
