About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Malt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring, establishing, and nurturing long-term partnerships with large enterprise accounts in Catalonia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business within large existing clients in the Catalan Region with a solution selling mindset.
  • Develop a strategic approach to identify and prospect new stakeholders, being able to approach C-level interlocutors.
  • Manage large accounts, helping them understand the value of working with freelancers and specifically Malt.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial B2B roles. You should have a degree level education and significant experience in business development of large/multinational clients and working with sales and prospection tools. Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English is a must.
