Enterprise Account Growth Specialist

Malt is a leading freelancing platform that empowers businesses to connect with top talent. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, establishing, and nurturing long-term partnerships with large enterprise accounts in Catalonia.
You will develop new business within large existing clients in the Catalan Region, leveraging a solution-selling mindset to identify and prospect new stakeholders, and approach C-level interlocutors. Your goal will be to help clients understand the value of working with freelancers and Malt.
This role requires a strategic approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand customer needs. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop a portfolio of large accounts and help customers find the best freelancers for their needs.
About you:
- Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English
- Educated to degree level, with significant experience in a commercial B2B role
- 3-4 years of experience in business development of large/multinational clients and working with sales and prospection tools
- Experience in the world of recruitment (Staffing or SSII) or digital, SaaS, IT & Services is a plus
