Become a Key Player as a Spanish Market Manager BDR

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Spanish Market Manager BDR to lead our BDR team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives team.

Your primary objective will be to manage and optimize all outbound prospecting processes, conduct weekly 1:1 sessions, and follow-up meetings to align team objectives with results. You'll also be responsible for conducting interviews and hiring new team members, training and motivating existing team members, and optimizing the use of sales tools and strategies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manager with excellent results, preferably in an outbound team environment. You should be an expert in prospecting using all channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.) and have a strong command of tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, you'll receive 30 days of paid holiday leave and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
