Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional BDR Manager to join our team at Payhawk. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in the Spanish market.

The Role
This BDR Manager role is responsible for training, motivating, and developing each team member's professional project. You will interview and hire new team members, manage and optimize all the team's outbound prospecting processes, and optimize the use of sales tools and strategies.
