We are Oppizi, a leading multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. Our innovative technology enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. With operations in 10 countries, including Spain and Portugal, we work with prominent clients like Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, and Cook Unity.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a skilled Business Development Manager who can introduce two new business verticals in Spain and Portugal. This involves identifying and engaging with procurement hubs of newspapers, e-commerce entities, and other potential vendors to close deals. Strong networking skills, a strategic sales approach, and a solid foundation in marketing are essential requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing networks to establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive business performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of securing new business deals.
  • Fluent in Spanish; Portuguese is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, focusing on achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Strong CRM and data/reporting management skills (preferably Hubspot).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Salary: €25,000 - €30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
