Business Development Manager - Europe

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in Europe
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tender opportunities and large deals
  • Optimize sales results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and other business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer focus
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages an asset
