Job Title: Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Qliktech, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives to develop pipeline and grow Qlik's market share. Your primary responsibility will be to build pipeline for the EMEA sales organization through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 coaching with the BDRs to maximize the conversion of our inbound leads and drive our outbound prospecting activities to a best in class for the industry.
* Coordinate enablement efforts and teams for effective rollout of new tools and processes.
* Hire and enable new employees.
* Team performance management.
* Communicate future plans and past performance to key stakeholders.
* Implementation and execution of initiatives to support our global, strategic projects.
* Coordinate with our operations team to support the successful development and rollout of new process and technologies.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years team management experience.
* 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development; preferably with software companies with proven track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.
* Mentoring, performance development, onboarding experience.
* Excellent written, oral and listening skills required and an ability to collaborate.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills required.
* Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills required.
* Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done.
* Thrive in a fast paced, rapid growth environment.
* Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities.
