EU Server Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our server business in Europe. This role is responsible for translating our technology growth plans into actionable strategies and driving them in specific segments.
About the Role:- Grow profitable market share by executing our strategy in full alignment with clear managerial direction.
- Negotiate key tenders and large deals with complete knowledge of all job functions and industry best practices.
- Optimize results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and other business development initiatives.
- Demonstrate a solid customer engagement strategy that drives successful business outcomes.
- Apply TD SYNNEX resources to assist customers in meeting their strategic objectives.
- Take solution and service offerings to market, including financial services and TaaS.
- Collaborate with European Business Manager to co-own quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
- Create customer unique selling propositions that protect margin integrity and promote long-term value-based customer engagement.
- Good emotional intelligence and influence/persuasion skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-management and skilled multi-level relationship building.
- High energy and motivation, with 6+ years of experience in IT channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
- An estimated salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
