Job Title: **BDM AMD Server Europe**
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for driving the growth of AMD Server/EPYC technology plans within TD SYNNEX. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and be able to translate business strategies into actionable sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Summary:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with TD SYNNEX's business objectives.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales growth by leveraging relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve their sales targets.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategies into actionable sales plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix structure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
