Amazon Eu Sarl (Spain Branch) - C16 is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join its Marketplace team in Madrid, Spain.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting high-potential selling partners for Amazon's European marketplaces. Your role will involve phone and email-based prospecting, as well as working closely with new selling partners to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.

You will also be responsible for enabling selling partners to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems, and for tracking and reporting business development results.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of Amazon's business in the Fashion space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit high-potential selling partners for Amazon's European marketplaces
  • Work closely with new selling partners to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience
  • Enable selling partners to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems
  • Track and report business development results
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 3 years of related experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
