Looking for a challenging career in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Brussels. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing your business portfolio. Your key tasks will include research and prospecting of new customers, defining their needs, and developing existing customer relationships. You will also participate in contract negotiations, follow up on consultants, and manage the recruitment and development of consultants.

Our ideal candidate

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong interest in business development. You will have a first experience in a fast-paced BtoB environment (or consulting) and be fluent in French and English. You will be part of a talented and dynamic team and have the opportunity to develop international and long-lasting work relationships.
