About the Role

We are seeking an Event Coordinator for our Spanish market to help us elevate our brand presence through impactful events and innovative experiences. As a member of our dynamic team in Barcelona, you will be responsible for driving event management, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring successful event execution.

You will also assist in representing Qonto at industry fairs and events, helping to showcase our solutions and engage with potential clients in a professional manner. Additionally, you will support the development and implementation of new event concepts and formats to enhance Qonto's brand presence in the Spanish market.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in events and be proactive and enthusiastic with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You should also be proficient in communication and capable of managing stakeholder relationships. Leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential qualities for this position.

Language proficiency is crucial, as you will be working with stakeholders who speak Spanish and English. A native speaker or fluent speaker of Spanish is required, while fluency in English is also necessary.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 2 remote days per week, meal vouchers, public transportation reimbursement, and great offers for sports and wellness activities, we also provide a supportive work environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Our Hiring Process
