**Join Our Team**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Account Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and increase sales.

- **New Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and presenting our products and services to drive growth.

- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive sales growth.

- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize data and analytics to inform sales decisions, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- SAP knowledge and experience with CRM systems
