Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As the first point of contact for our direct clients, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless admissions operations and providing exceptional customer service.

About Us

Alpadia Language Schools Sa is part of Kaplan Inc., the Kaplan Languages Group (KLG). We operate a network of language schools and summer camps across seven countries, catering to students from over 100 countries.

Your Role

You will report to the B2C Customer Care Manager and collaborate closely with Sales, Student Support, Summer camps teams, Operations, and finance departments. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Admissions for direct clients, providing clear guidance on booking procedures and timelines
  • Entering student information onto our booking systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Confirming bookings within our 24-hour max policy, including creating invoices, booking confirmations, and visa letters as needed
  • Supporting customers through various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Celebrating client loyalty by offering personalized solutions and enhancements to their experience
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in Customer Service or Admissions within the travel & tourism or language education industry
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • An Italian level of C1/C2 proficiency, with excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage high-volume communications
  • Sales & Service orientation, with experience handling customer complaints and issues
  • NIE and Social Security number already processed
