Job Summary
We're seeking a Client Growth Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, focusing on building strong relationships with our Spanish and French clients. As a fast-growing company, we need someone who can cultivate long-term partnerships, ensure client satisfaction, and provide training and support to help clients maximize the value of our solution.

Key Responsibilities
Become the dedicated contact for our clients, providing regular engagement to monitor their experience and identify potential issues. Develop and implement plans to improve client satisfaction, using your problem-solving skills to address any challenges they face. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate product updates and inform clients of new features. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on client needs, helping them achieve their goals. Ensure high client retention, deliver exceptional experiences, and reduce churn. Your ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on our clients' businesses, driving growth and revenue through effective relationship management.

Requirements
You should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, across English, French, and Spanish. A background in customer success, account management, or a related field is beneficial, but not essential. Fluency in all three languages is required, along with sales acumen and familiarity with CRM systems for managing client relationships and tracking opportunities. An interest in the hospitality industry and tech solutions supporting it is also desirable. This role requires you to be proactive, forward-thinking, and solution-oriented, with a passion for client success and relationship-building. Salary: €45,000 per year.
