Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our Italian market team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Italian (C2 level) and English. Familiarity with online customer service platforms is also beneficial.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to resolve customer queries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, meeting customer service KPIs, and contributing to the growth and development of our customer service department.
