About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading company in the Ecommerce / Marketplaces industry.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensuring all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong networker & relationship builder skills, be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders, and have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces, Electronics and Social Platforms industry.

You must also have an EU Passport/ or residence card and be highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €40,000 - €50,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The exact salary will be discussed during the interview process.
