About the Role
At Cpm International Telebusiness S.L., we're looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our services by handling customer contacts over the phone and via email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email
- Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with the operations team to build and operate our exceptional on-demand services
Requirements
- Fluency in both written and spoken German
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in the customer service industry, preferably in a Contact Centre environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
