At Ttec, we're passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Client Acquisition Representative - Business Growth Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

We're looking for a results-focused individual with excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Lithuanian at an advanced level. You'll be responsible for:

  • Servicing and upselling client products to existing customers
  • Identifying and capitalizing on sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs
  • Developing value propositions that cater to the needs of our customers, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers

You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of outstanding customer experiences. Your passion for sales, negotiation, and goal setting will drive your success in this role.
