About this Position

This role focuses on acquiring new clients through inbound and outbound sales strategies, upselling to existing clients, and identifying prospects among churned clients.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possessing excellent sales skills and the ability to achieve KPIs related to client acquisition and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients for Tree-Nation's services through strategic sales approaches.
  • Upsell cross-sell opportunities to existing clients, maximizing revenue per client.
  • Identify and pursue prospects among churned clients, leveraging them as potential future clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, progress against goals, and market trends.
  • Achieve KPIs related to the number of paying clients and revenue per paying client.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Full professional fluency in English - any second language is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment will be nice to have.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
