Key Player in Sales and Customer Relationship Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Recruitment Direct. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual with strong customer relationship management skills.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing trade partners, developing strategic relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with retail outlets to ensure they have the right products in stock and provide them with tailored advice to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and Italian, plus TWO additional European languages (e.g., Dutch, German, Greek, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian).
- A third-level qualification (degree) and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

This full-time office-based position is located in our new Barcelona city centre office.Salary
