Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers in the anticorrosive paint market, developing strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Job Description:
Sales Performance:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budget deliverables in terms of value, volume, and gross margins.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers through regular visits, responding to sales and technical inquiries, and providing suitable coating specifications.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage sales and profitability at a customer level by continually monitoring and reporting performance to ensure that annual sales, profitability, and cost targets are being achieved.
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective communication, market intelligence, and tailored solutions.

Qualifications:
- Substantial sales experience in the anticorrosive paint industry or similar.
- University Degree required.
- Proficient in English language.

Benefits:
- Competitive salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
