We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing partner forecasting and performance using tracking tools. Your responsibilities will include overseeing partner pipeline management, identifying new opportunities, and driving the successful and profitable closure of deals.

Your portfolio of partners will consist of developing their business growth and margin in alignment with the overall strategy. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the partner market and competition using tools, reports, and reviews with resellers. Identifying reseller interest in BU solutions is also a key aspect of this role. You will define target resellers for the BU, identify gaps, and create actions to close them based on factors like share of wallet, growth rate, and program qualifications/certifications.

Collaboration with partners to develop business plans and providing guidance on certification training is essential. Representing the company at local partner events and building relationships with key partners is also a key responsibility. To succeed in this role, you will need a native level of Dutch and an advanced level of English. At least two years of technical sales experience, preferably with channel experience with partners/distributors, is required. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize responsibilities are also necessary.

Familiarity with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office is beneficial. The salary for this position is €22,000 gross/year + up to €4,000 gross/year.
