About the Role

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Booksy, you will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of large and important accounts. You will acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, providing customized support to configure the application and resolving issues and problems faced by customers. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to generate new sales and build, maintain, and deepen relationships with Booksy Ambassadors. Additionally, you will acquire advanced and in-depth product knowledge, attend meetings with potential high-value providers, and review, create, and analyze reports to improve team performance. You will also coach, manage, and mentor the team, leading meetings, performing 1:1s, and guiding the team to achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with key accounts
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Provide customized support to configure the application
• Resolve issues and problems faced by customers
• Work closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing
• Acquire advanced and in-depth product knowledge
• Attend meetings with potential high-value providers
• Review, create, and analyze reports to improve team performance
• Coach, manage, and mentor the team
