Senior Account Manager

At Dilitrust, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our account management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the development of our account management strategy.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships by delivering exceptional client service, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and creating innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of our account management strategy by providing input on industry trends, market insights, and sales strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account management strategy.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively position and sell them to clients.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on client relationships, business opportunities, and account management strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, business opportunities, and account management activities.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong understanding of account management strategy, sales strategy, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify insights, and create innovative solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
