Senior Account Manager Role at Abroad Experience

Abroad Experience is seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the DACH regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior.
  • Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identify industry trends.
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or related field is a nice to have but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a C1/C2 level of German and business fluent English.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Understanding of customer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge (which will be taught on the job).
  • 4+ years of experience within a similar industry of optical components, and networking equipment.
