At Dynatrace, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and guidance to our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers, helping them to troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer adoption and growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical objectives and goals, providing tailored advice and guidance to ensure successful ongoing usage and adoption of our products.
- Engage with customer support teams to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues, and work with product management to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements.
- Document best practices and share knowledge with colleagues to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, with a strong background in Dynatrace technologies and methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and guidance, with a focus on driving customer adoption and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong technical understanding and experience in SaaS industry, with knowledge of cloud/new stack technologies, web and application server technologies, server/server-side technologies, mobile application technologies, and DevOps toolchain applications.
- Professional Level Dynatrace certification, with a willingness to learn new technologies and resolve complex technical issues.
- Two or more industry-relevant Associate Level certifications, such as AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
