As a Senior Advertising Account Manager at Microsoft, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of advertisers, ensuring our Microsoft Advertising offering is valued and understood, driving revenue by linking customers' needs and objectives to our solutions, and building personable and trusting relationships that increase customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively solicit feedback on additional needs, products, and features to develop targeted marketing strategies for clients.
- Own the day-to-day management for your book of business, expanding strategic networks of key internal and external partners for customers to ensure execution of core tasks and account transactions, and to provide seamless account management experience.
- Become an expert of client accounts, proactively monitoring all account activities to ensure account health and elevate client's business.
Requirements
- Native / Fluent English language required.
- Extensive work experience in Digital Advertising Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising.
- Experience of online media or search engine marketing sales and service experience required.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of the online advertising industry, trends, and customers' needs.
- Passion and curiosity for technology as an enabler for customer and company growth.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as appropriate.
