Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Advertising Sales Manager to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through effective outbound sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Digital Advertising Sales Manager, you will identify and target potential advertising clients across various platforms and channels. You will develop and implement customized advertising campaigns and strategies that align with your clients' goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value.

Key Responsibilities

* Perspectives and Lead Generation: Utilize market research, networking, and outreach efforts to identify and target potential advertising clients.
* Sales Pitch and Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints. Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
* Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
* In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
* Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* C1 level of English Native level of Hebrew.

Estimated Salary: ₪120,000 - ₪180,000 per year

This is a full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week. Work from the office from Monday to Friday is required.
