About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Hornetsecurity. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in identifying and nurturing new customer projects while building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Your primary responsibility will be to expand and grow our sales pipeline, working closely with our sales partners and presales consultants to ensure a systematic approach to your tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new customer projects, creating strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Expand and grow our sales pipeline, working closely with sales partners and presales consultants.
  • Oversee the sales cycles of your projects, ensuring a systematic approach to your tasks.
  • Support our channel partners in winning projects, providing direct touch and expertise.
  • Contribute to precise forecasting and the expansion of our CRM pipeline through your expertise and systematic approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and the positioning of the Hornetsecurity Group, identifying opportunities to differentiate from competitors.
Requirements
  • A solid understanding of IT, ideally through education or academic studies in the area of IT security or cloud services.
  • At least 5 years of experience in direct or indirect sales of complex products in the B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present yourself confidently and competently to partners and customers in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
  • A proven track record of convincing customers and partners of the Hornetsecurity Group's services in presentations and negotiations.
  • A high level of motivation, with a passion for pursuing quarterly goals and personal development.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
  • A high willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced international environment.
