Key Account Manager

Papernest, a leading innovator in contract management, is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join its Strategic Partnerships team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners in the real estate and banking sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of your partner portfolio using advanced analytics tools
- Develop and implement strategies to improve partner performance and retention
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner relationships
- Collect and analyze feedback from partners and clients to improve our service quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve our value proposition
Requirements:
- Strong background in sales, business development, and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English
- Experience in the utilities and/or insurance sectors is a plus
