Key Account Manager

Papernest, a leading provider of innovative contract management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join its Strategic Partnerships team in Barcelona. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue from key partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including regular communication, training, and support
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner relationships, including churn and non-utilization of services
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the quality of service and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall value proposition of Papernest
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or commerce
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers
- Fluency in French and basic proficiency in English
- Knowledge of the utilities and/or insurance sectors is a plus
- A competitive monthly stipend, exempt from taxes
- Full coverage of transportation costs, including baggage fees
- April health insurance, with a percentage of costs covered
- 30 days of paid annual leave
- The duration of your mission will be counted towards your basic retirement pension
