Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to manage and develop strong, long-term business relationships with our key clients. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, optimizing client relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth for both our company and our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strategic business relationships with key clients
  • Develop and implement customized strategies for each client to maximize the value of the business relationship
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual benefit
  • Work closely with internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the accounts and adjust strategies to improve results
Requirements
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (C1-C2)
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Availability for travel
  • Strong results orientation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with CRM tools and account management systems
Offer
