Key Account Manager

Job Description:
This role will implement Key Account & Client Management plans and processes to retain and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and build a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization
- Map the complete customer journey for CDMO, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and implement governance to optimize customer experience
- Drive a mindset change within the organization to achieve CMO business results and goals
- Develop an infrastructure to support the Request for Quotation (RfQ) and Request for Proposal (RfP) processes within industry standards
- Develop the capabilities of the team to support the CDMO business
- Conduct customer surveys to optimize performance
- Lead and coordinate local stakeholders in the key account management operational model, Quality, supply chain, regulatory, R&D, MS&T, finance, production,...
- Interface between the customers and our local manufacturing sites
