Salary and Benefits$125,000 per year (estimated)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Expert to join our team at Qualifyze. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, and driving revenue growth.
You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients, while capitalizing on new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in account management, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
- Proven experience in CRM tool usage (HubSpot preferred) and pipeline management.
- A highly organized and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
