About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Sales and Customer Success expert to join our international team of talented thinkers, doers, and magic makers. If you're passionate about disrupting the future of education and making a real impact, this is your opportunity to shine in the EdTech sector.
Your Role in Our Journey
You will actively reach out to leads (parents, students, adults) via inbound or outbound lead sources and conduct a thorough needs analysis to understand their educational aspirations. You will pair the student with the ideal tutor and organise a free consultation session to build personalised educational plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining communication channels with prospects mostly via phone and email.
- Leveraging your relationship-building skills to build trust and enrol customers in educational packages.
- Welcome your new customers to our platform and ensuring best-in-class onboarding experience.
- Build a strong relationship with your new customers and support them during the whole customer journey.
- Focusing on collecting referral leads out of your existing customers base.
- Working closely with the Tutor Management team to deliver the best solution for the prospect and ensure an excellent tutoring experience.
- Promoting cross-functional collaboration, help us identify and build best sales practices for the sales team and bring new ideas to improve our product offering and internal processes.

Location
This role can be based in London (Hybrid), UK (Remote), or Barcelona (Hybrid).
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
