We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Siteminder. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue expansion and customer adoption.
What You Will Do- Be a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance on how to maximise their revenue and achieve their business goals.
- Develop deep product knowledge and demonstrate how to optimise our solutions for each customer's unique needs.
- Meet KPIs related to revenue expansion and customer adoption scores, while managing your pipeline and performance to SLAs and KPIs.
- You have a genuine passion for sales, customer success, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively connect with customers from diverse backgrounds in English and German.
- A fast-paced, results-oriented environment is ideal for you, and you thrive on exceeding expectations.
- You have experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hotel industry or other SAAS business, particularly in customer success, sales, and revenue expansion.
- High level of German & English proficiency.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
