About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multinational organization, EF Education First, where you will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve their goals through our EF English Live platform. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will play a key role in building strong coaching relationships with new customers, proactively helping them develop learning habits, and communicating regularly via various channels to ensure they progress and have a great experience.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for providing outstanding customer service, has excellent interpersonal skills, and can identify and resolve issues effectively. If you are a native Portuguese speaker with good communication skills in English (C1) and previous experience working with the Portuguese market, we would love to hear from you
