**Role Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Global Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services, and ensuring seamless interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
Customer Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and accurately.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate assistance and ensure excellent customer experience.
Ticket Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Record Keeping: Record customer interactions in our system and meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues on special projects, provide coverage during absences, and work closely with other teams as required.
Issue Resolution: Take ownership of issues, ensuring complete resolution or escalation when necessary.
**Requirements:**
- Native/Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) + English proficiency (B2 level)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience with electric vehicles is a plus
- Strong IT skills with experience in Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
**What We Offer:**
- Competitive salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum based on experience, with a salary increase after the 7th month
- Work-life balance: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM schedule
