Customer Service Advocate for Global Retail Partnerships

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our retail partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Order management: Ensure timely delivery of orders to meet customer ship dates and monthly sales targets.
- Proactive relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers to promote alignment of customer requirements with internal processes.
- Claim investigation and resolution: Accurately and timely investigate and resolve customer claims.
- Liaison with other departments: Collaborate with sales, finance, collections, distribution center, and logistics partner to fulfill duties.
**Requirements**
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Services or Supply Chain related fields
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is valuable
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Analysis & Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organizational skills & attention to details
- Team player
- Flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
