Your role as a Global Sales and Customer Service Professional for Spotify partnerships at Blu Selection will be pivotal in driving sustained growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional client support.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in sales and customer service to develop strong relationships with clients and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in:

  • Developing and maintaining long-term strategies to preserve client relationships and monitor competitor movements.
  • Providing proactive administration to drive benefits and track ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing top-notch interaction within the customer service department.

As a seasoned professional in sales and customer service, you will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will be fluent in German and English (B1 level sufficient), have a valid school diploma or bachelor's degree, and have experience in customer service or sales.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract and retain top talent.
