About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a customer support advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our international travelers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They must also have a C2 level of Spanish and advanced English language proficiency.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with accommodation suppliers to resolve issues and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Spanish: C2 level and advanced English language proficiency
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
