As a Global Customer Service Expert, you will handle inbound and outbound administrative support requests via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also provide accurate and timely information to various stakeholders and customers using our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle first-line support requests via phone and email
  • Provide information to curators, judges, the registry, and other stakeholders
  • Support customers with general information questions and platform-related issues

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good English skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
