Global Customer Service Expert

We are seeking exceptional individuals to provide top-notch customer support in Dutch. At Newco Communications, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service experiences and want you to be a part of this mission.
As a Global Customer Service Expert, you will handle inbound and outbound administrative support requests via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also provide accurate and timely information to various stakeholders and customers using our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle first-line support requests via phone and email
- Provide information to curators, judges, the registry, and other stakeholders
- Support customers with general information questions and platform-related issues
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good English skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
