At LoungeUp, a subsidiary of D-EDGE and Accor Group, we're seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our Barcelona office. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in building lasting relationships with Spanish and French clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
**About You**
We're looking for a client-centric professional who thrives on relationship-building, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is essential, as you'll engage with clients across these languages. Your experience in customer success, account management, or related fields will be valuable assets in this role.
**Responsibilities**
Your primary goals include:
- Building Strong Client Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with clients, becoming their dedicated point of contact at LoungeUp.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Regularly engage with clients to monitor satisfaction, identify potential issues, and improve their experience.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide personalized support to equip clients in using our platform effectively and confidently.
- Communicating Product Updates: Inform clients of new features and platform updates, ensuring they maximize the value of our solution.
- Identifying Upsell Opportunities: Recognize and propose relevant add-ons and upgrades based on client needs, helping them make the most of our solutions.
As a Customer Success Manager, your ultimate goal is to ensure high client retention, deliver exceptional experiences, and reduce churn.
**What We Offer**
At LoungeUp, we're committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment that allows you to grow professionally. Our compensation package includes an estimated annual salary of €60,000 - €70,000, depending on experience, and additional benefits that align with industry standards.
