Client Success Advocate

About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention. As a Client Success Partner, you will play a key role in building and managing relationships with existing clients, from senior C-level executives to junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with clients through regular virtual meetings and engagement
• Understand client business priorities and identify effective ways to support them through Gartner services
• Onboard new clients and introduce them to purchased Gartner services and capabilities
• Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize value delivery to clients
What You Will Need:
• 0-6 years of relevant professional and/or internship experience
• Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
• Ability to use Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) at a Business or Native level
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
