About the Role
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates seek to understand and surface clients' business priorities, breakdown challenges, apply logic, and identify effective ways to support clients in making the right decisions for their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients ranging from senior C-levels to junior client professionals in various fields, ensuring they are successful in utilizing their Gartner subscription.
- Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating value to decision makers.
- Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend programs of action that drive high value and return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value delivered to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of client book of business, analyzing performance and key engagement metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years relevant professional experience or internship background.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
