As a key member of our Success team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals by leveraging Landbot's innovative platform.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager (English - Spanish) to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, helping them set up and customize their Landbot experience to meet their unique needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding: Provide expert guidance to new customers, ensuring a seamless transition to using Landbot's features and capabilities.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and satisfaction levels, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Retention and Growth: Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing any potential issues that may impact satisfaction, retention, or growth.
  • Product Adoption: Drive the adoption of new features and best practices, empowering customers to maximize their use of Landbot.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A customer-first, positive attitude;
  • Technology and SaaS experience;
  • Knowledge and passion for no-code technology and infrastructure;
  • Expertise in facilitating account management reviews with multiple stakeholders;
  • Capacity to work independently and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Problem-solving, project management, and analytical thinking skills;
  • Deep understanding of startup metrics and KPIs;
  • Fluency in English & Spanish;
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.

Salary

This position comes with an estimated annual salary of €50,000 - €60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
