Customer Success and Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Success Manager to join our Global Tier 1 Service & Solution team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth by analyzing customer data and identifying areas for improvement.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Defining and constructing tools and dashboards to support our sales and CSM teams.
- Ensuring data collection remains up-to-date and accurate.
- Presenting analytical insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and communication skills, a strong business background, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. A degree in Business Administration or Engineering is preferred, and prior experience in a related field is desirable but not required. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
